What are the specifications of Christmas Haus Shop ornaments?
Each ornament is made of ceramic and is approximately 3" in diameter. Each design is printed and placed by hand. The ink is infused with the ceramic coating to ensure the design does not smudge or fade.
How do I place an order?
Simply visit our Etsy shop and browse our beautiful ornament selection. We have hundreds to choose from! Once you are ready to place your order, enter your details in the personalization box and your ornament(s) to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
How long will it be until my order arrives?
Our current processing time is within 5 to 7 business days. Once your order is shipped, the shipping timeline will be dependent upon the shipping method you choose. All orders are shipped via USPS and a tracking number will be provided.
I didn't quite find what I was looking for, can you do a custom order?
Certainly! We are happy to accept customs orders. Order processing for custom orders will be dependent upon on current order queue and availability. Contact us for details!
